We want every dog to love Petaluma. If you or your dog aren't happy with your first bag for any reason, we'll refund that bag in full within 60 days of your order. The refund covers one bag, so if your first order had several bags, it applies to the first one. Just email [email protected]. There's no need to send the food back, and you're welcome to donate it to another pup or compost it.

For treats, first-time customers can get a refund minus the shipping fee. We consider refunds on later food orders case by case, so please reach out to our team.
