My package was marked as delivered but I did not receive it.Updated 6 months ago

Please reference the tracking information sent via email to you once your order has shipped to keep a close eye on the estimated delivery window. Most carriers will update the tracking page if there is an unforeseen delay (ex. weather, holiday surge). Please feel free to contact [email protected] if you need support for a shipped order that is experiencing delays. Unfortunately, once a delivery carrier has marked an order as delivered, Petaluma is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim, or reaching out to nearby neighbors to see if your package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake.
