I need my subscription food faster - how do I ship it early?Updated 6 months ago
You can manage your subscription, including adjusting your subscription frequency or pushing back your next shipment date, within our customer portal.
1) Login to your Petaluma account and click on the "Your next order" box on the left-hand side
2) Click the "Send now" button
3) Confirm your expedited order by clicking the "Send this order now" button in the window that appears. The order will be fulfilled as soon as possible - either the same business day if placed before noon ET or the next business day. Shipping takes 2-3 days from the distribution center.
