I have too much food. How do I delay my next food shipment date or adjust my delivery schedule?Updated 6 months ago
You can manage your subscription, including adjusting your subscription frequency or pushing back your next shipment date, within our customer portal.
RESCHEDULE OR SKIP NEXT SHIPMENT
To RESCHEDULE:
1) Login to your Petaluma account and click on the "View your next order" box on the left-hand side
2) Click on the "Reschedule" button
3) Set the date you'd like your next order to ship. Select to delay your next order by 1 week, 2 weeks or choose a specific date, then click "Save changes" and you're done!
To SKIP:
1) Login to your Petaluma account and click on the "View your next order" box on the left-hand side
2) Click on the "Skip" button
3) Click "Yes, skip this order" button in the window that appears. Your next scheduled shipment will remain unchanged. It will take 2-4 days from the order date to reach your address.
